Offered jointly implement my project, in the production of organic foods (potato). Exclusivity of the project is 

 that the finished product, namely potatoes without a hard rind, we get all year round at specified intervals (1 - 2 times a week, as the potatoes are not stored for a long time), regardless of climatic conditions, since growth occurs in enclosed spaces with a given microclimate , and the human factor is minimized (fully automated process technology). When growing potatoes on my technology use of mineral fertilizers is minimal, mostly using organic nutrients and organic growth biostimulants I are produced by our own technology. Potatoes are grown in special chambers with automatic control system and 

 climate control (Grow box) which I designed and manufactured independently by our own technology (know-how) is absolutely clean. 

 

 The technology allows the use of high-rise growth, which saves energy and rational use of land. 

 Potatoes are low in calories (only 50 kcal / 100 g), presentation (with no injuries, illnesses, smooth form), the nitrate content of 150 mg / kg. The cost of finished product equivalent to the cost for growing the traditional method.
