In our everyday life, we limit ourselves seriously. We are required to contain the emotions, we are forced to put on a great number of «masks», play a huge number of «role», in order to feel comfortable in the mass of conventions and procedures to break the routine. We fear the possibility of being ridiculous and osmeyannymi. For the huge number of conditionalities imposed by society (etiquette, social status), many forget their present «I».

   All psychological problems of modern humans arose from the conflict of consciousness (rational) and unconscious (emotions). If the conflict of consciousness and subconsciousness, not solve, they are forced to be resolved in favor of the unconscious, through the creation of a neurosis.

The next day, along with the physical hangover, usually comes a moral hangover, and people are beginning to fret remorse and shame, which further exacerbates the existing conflict management, and emotion. In some cases, people get up to their social status, career, relationships can be forced to simply abandon the holidays at all. Living it, while devoid of emotional unloading and artificially «old» in emotional terms.
