The third way to treat

Angina, coronary heart disease. The third way of treatment. Links in a chain
Part Three

To effectively treat the disease, it is desirable to know the cause of an illness.
When the doctor could not explain the disease, but patients still have something to say, there are atypical form of the disease, erased form or other forms of the disease.
The easiest would be to tell the patient what is actually the cause of the disease is unknown and incomprehensible to him, so it was called so. The doctor only mitigates the effects of the disease, but in reality can not cure the patient of the disease.
I would like to compile and complete their first two articles on the treatment of angina pectoris and coronary heart disease.

My conclusion is simple:

One of the main causes of angina pectoris with subsequent transition into a state of ischemic heart disease is the patient's central nervous system hypersensitivity and second leading cause - stress.

In order to understand the sense I have proposed a new treatment of ischemic heart disease need to look again to the theme of reducing the heart rate -
"At the same Congress of the European Cardiological Society (ESC) was raised Theme:
"... Selective reduction of heart rate - the key to optimal treatment for stable angina pectoris.
In support of this, Professor J. Borer turned to the study [1], based on data analysis of 24 959 patients with ischemic heart disease (CHD), which demonstrated that patients with HR> 83 sp / min cardiovascular risk at 30% higher than HR < 62 sp / min ...."
I would say this: Reduced heart rate - the first step to establish a common methodology for the treatment of angina pectoris.
If, distinguished cardiologists would make the second step in the same direction, perhaps they would have received, and other answers to the pressing problems. No wonder they say that it is always the truth is somewhere near. Simply we do not see or did not want or can not see.
When, in the near future (3-5let) cardiologists joint efforts will create a new system of treatment of angina pectoris, the next step might be the establishment of an integrated treatment program CHD. Only when these two stages will be set up, you'll see a real opportunity to address the decline in the risk of myocardial infarction and an increase in life expectancy.

The last and final stage will be the establishment of a preventive program for the prevention of cardiovascular disease, including angina pectoris, ischemic heart disease and myocardial infarction.
When all parts of the multistage system will earn well, complementing each other can be said that a modern system of medical treatments and prevention of angina pectoris and ischemic heart disease.
Only then can one hope for a real reduction in the incidence of such serious and dangerous illness this time of Angina and ischemic heart disease.

June 2008.
