Brief abstract of the proposed idea of using "atmospheric magnetic bubbles." 

1. Content.

The author suggests that the artificial magnetic field configuration leads to the formation of areas with high atmospheric pressure.

The author believes that all costs of verification and testing of technologies could be paid back within 6-12 months. 
In the subsequent time savings budgets of all countries and people in direct and indirect losses from these events would make an amount similar to the current loss, or exceed it by reducing the cost of additional technology to clean air, as well as by reducing the costs of action to human health conditions, living in areas with high gas emissions. 
In addition to this, the author considers the possible use of technology "atmospheric magnetic bubbles" in the long run to manage the climatic events associated with the movement of air masses and weather fronts. 
An important factor is the safety of this technology because it is based on principles that are close to natural phenomena and is not harmful zdrovyu rights and the environment. 
More specifically, this aspect is also possible to check in the improvement of technology.
