The physical essence of the paradox of twins 

We show that the seeming paradox of the twins is in service because of the mutual nerazlicheniya standard time (this way the proper time moving object) and koordinatopodobnogo proper time for inertial reference systems (ISO) and for ignoring the resulting need to recalculate time coordinates of events after the twins -travel from one ISO to another, moving in the opposite direction. 

1. INTRODUCTION 

While the seeming paradox of twins (the paradigm of hours) and devoted a lot, both scientific and popular scientific works, in any of them until the end and not opened its true physical nature. Usually, this paradox is explained by the fact that one of the twins all the time moving at a constant speed, while the other, in addition, at certain points in time makes a further and accelerated movement. This explanation does not amount merely points to the traffic flow twins. However, it still does not explain why the twin-age traveler will always be less than the age of twin-stay-at-home, regardless of the duration of their relative motion with constant speed and, hence, regardless of the size of 

difference ages, accumulated in the process of uniform motion in the inertial reference systems of spatial coordinates and time (ISO). Indeed, in all experiments with the same mental world lines (ML), the acceleration of motion twin-traveler because of the accelerated motion must be one and the same finite difference in the age of the twins. The first difference is, unlike that of finite difference ages, the IDF each of the twins can reach arbitrarily large values. Therefore, these differences would still lead to mutually contradictory information about the age of the twins.
