  3. Distinction of human and computer thinking

  As can be seen for 20 years, optimism is not added. 

  5. The problem of computer intelligence 
  At the same time, the problem of the practical use of personal computers for high-aid man in his creative tasks, ie the problem of computer intelligence, can be successfully resolved in the next 2 - 3 years. But in scientific terms, it can be said has already been solved, as almost all the necessary for the software and hardware tools have already been established. 
  The process of creative thinking, which simulates a computer intelligence as applied to the solution of multi-tasks can be simplistically divided into two consecutive phases: 
Identification of factors that significantly affect the results of the study process; 
Definition of a causal link (eg, the mathematical dependence) between the identified significant factors. 
  It turns out that for the most difficult person in the process of thinking is the first phase of creative thinking, as the number of factors, presumably affecting a result of complex events (such as illness, weather changes, natural disasters) are usually very high. A person can relatively successfully to analyze only those processes in which the number of interrelated cause-effect relationships of a very small, ie not more than two - four. 
  The reason is the apparent fact that, since people are living in a three-dimensional world, the idea of visual images, it can be relatively easy to imagine the graphics functions of one and two variables. But in a multidimensional space, even the simplest tasks - for example, imagine the cube looks like in four-dimensional space - people can not decide. 
  The second stage of thinking in people usually does not cause difficulties. 
  A computer equipped with appropriate software, neither the first nor the second phase of creative thinking did not cause difficulties. 

  6. Personal memory 
  But on one condition. Namely, provided that in the computer memory will be loaded sufficiently large amount of information, which contains a response to the task. Consequently, computer intelligence, as well, and man, is determined by the degree of perfection not only of its processor and memory, as well as its content. 
  And, therefore, that the PC was able to provide assistance to a person creative in solving problems, it must be equipped with a new memory, called a personal memory [10] - [16]. This personal memory must be, figuratively speaking, more humanoid, ie: 
Information amount of computer memory should be significantly increased; 
Computer memory must be fully loaded with necessary information; 
Loaded in the memory of the computer should be as reliable, ie, the information must be continuously and with the highest rate of updated computer memory to the processor to ensure the minimum time access to all information stored in it. 
  Now it is clear the origin of the term. Personal memory so named because it lies directly in the personal computer (or close to it), in contrast to the remote database shared, time access to that (for example, via the Internet) is not large. 

  7. The new global / regional network Telannet
